Kvik, Denmark part 2

hei! a little bit of easter and spring in the air, isn`t it?

here come the last pictures from my trip to Kvik in Denmark in february.

Kvik can be used all over your house!

Kvik is also known for the concept of "samtale kjøkken", which means as much as "conversation-kitchen".

we are using islands or halvislands that make it possible to cook and at the same time see/talk to your family and friends. what do you think of that? :)

at our house we are still finishing up the remodeling to rate the value of the place.

interesting how long it take for all the little details...

my dad and his girl-friend are coming to visit us on easter.

really looking forward to that :D

do you know the feeling of time passing really fast? can`t believe it`s already the middle of february:0

these pictures are from my trip last week to denmark to the headquarters of Kvik, the company i work for.

i went there for a course in selling kitchens;)

what happens when you put 10 outgoing sales people together in one room? a lot of talking and laughing;) had such a good time!!!

in addition i learned a lot and and got soo inspired:D

my swedish and danish also improved quite a bit..."bänkskivor" ;)

we sell kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, but you can actually use the modules all over your house:D

a lot of black and white i saw, by the way. woodpatterns are also quite present.

my new job

now the time has come. yesterday i said good bye to my old job and all the colleagues. it was bittersweet.
now i have the weekend and on monday i start in my new job  as a kitchen designer.

i like working with clients and the combination of designing and being a consultant for people is perfect for me. just recently i found out through a personality test, that i am good at selling things;)
haha...no worry here, i`m not gonna try to sell you anything.

it`s just so important to have a job that fits your personality. otherwise it`s hard to keep up the motivation.
lately i have been working quite independently in my old job and more and more efficiently. i knew everybody. but on monday that`s all gonna change again: i have to start over. new colleagues and a lot of training.

but i`m soo exited! i am looking extremely forward to starting there! one more change: i finally got to give back the uniform to my old job and get to wear my own clothes again. yes! i just looove to dress.

here some photos of the kitchens i will be selling. they are not too expensive and i think that is a good thing.

i`ve borrowed a tile cutter from work, so now i HAVE to cut the tiles for over the kitchen counter. we`ll see how that goes... i`ll show you pictures afterwards:)
